I am curious about cleanses and fasting for health in general. My BFF did a 7 day cleanse when she kept getting sick over a course of a winter and she claims it helped.

Thanks for hosting the giveaway.

I absolutely believe in cleansing. I felt livelier, less full (obviously), and though the process wasn't a comfortable or pleasant one at times, I stopped having issues with my digestive track. Thanks for this opportunity. A book like this would come in handy.

I've really wanted to try a cleanse for a while now - I bought some pills once from the drugstore but never followed through. This book sounds like it could walk me through how to do one properly.

I am trying another type of 3 day cleanse where you can only eat red meat, oranges, 2 eggs, salad and uncooked green vegetables. It would be good to try this other cleanse!
